Partnership with St Edwards

A collaborative partnership

The college shares a strong partnership with neighbouring St Edward’s College, an all-boys Independent Catholic secondary school in the Edmund Rice tradition. Despite our different governance structures our partnership is a dynamic and vibrant collaboration that enriches the educational and social experience for students at both schools.

Through joint initiatives such as academic workshops, co-curricular programs, leadership forums, and social events, students are encouraged to engage with diverse perspectives, develop strong interpersonal skills, and build meaningful connections beyond their own school community.

In senior years, the college offers select classes combined with St Edwards, providing additional subject offerings and the opportunity to engage with a wider peer group, contributing to improved educational outcomes. Currently, integrated classes include Earth and Environmental Science, Society and Culture, Drama, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Studies, Outdoor Recreation, and Sport, Lifestyle and Recreation.
